Squidoo Lensmaster meets author of book she wrote a lens on!

Treasures-By-Brenda got to meet the author of the book that she wrote a lens about. Here's what she had to say:
This week I received a note from the author of A Bloom Of Friendship: The Story Of The Canadian Tulip Festival. She had seen and enjoyed my lens about her book and she was coming to Ottawa today (May 17th) to the The Canadian Tulip Festival or the Ottawa Tulip Festival.
I drove downtown to the Tulip Festival which was, of course,
magnificent and had a chance to chat with her. She made my day by
telling me she had enjoyed my page and had passed it along to her
publisher! As a bonus, I discovered her new book is about an amazing
site in Halifax, Nova Scotia that I have visited…I came home with an
autographed copy of her book and…another lens idea!
